Teek - where is he?

Having found the bowl of blood and shown it to the Silver Crest I am now looking for Teek. Any suggestions?

Wonder when Teek reappears if the Axe of Bramble will come into play or for those that don't have it identified as such if they'll get the opportunity to do so.

I'm in the same boat, or should I say, armored wagon. That axe has been sitting in my storeroom awaiting identification for ages.
