question about jagged hills

i'm a bit cofused here i been following the wikki guide on the quests here and i showed thane the etched stone tablet when he told me to go to the jagged hills. i've found * The Etched Stone Disc...* The Stone Hut.. * The Lake Island... but have yet been able to find the bog giant lair or seen the hawk that i'm suposed to follow. am i missing something or am i just not lucky as i've been at this litterly all day

It's been awhile since I've run that but from what I can recall the Hawk is random so I'm guessing that's it.

Anyone is there something I'm overlooking?

Bledthorn to be at it all day is unusual particularly since that went live before the in game randomness levels seemed to get tweaked.

Again it could be just bad luck or it could be I'm overlooking something. And another possibility is something's buggy which is unlikely since it's been live for quite a long time.

Sorry that wasn't much of a definitive answer.

It seems that the forum "cure" for bad random luck is still working as well. :)
