A map of locations and how to get to them via the Travel system would be helpful. If there isn't one already made, I'd be willing to spend time making one.

As explained here (http://sryth.wikia.com/wiki/Death) you can buy Runes of Life in any SAFE location.

Kingdom of Tysa (http://sryth.wikia.com/wiki/Kingdom_of_Tysa) already provides a map, so I'm not sure what you mean.

As for the colors - it doesn't take long to get used to them, but I guess we could add the legend to the Combat page...

The colors are in the documentation, I found them explained in no uncertain terms there.

The runes of life were explained by the GM for me. I didn't know also that they aren't always used, sometimes by luck they are not consumed upon death.

I had to have the GM explain about Tally's store also. I picked an item worth 192 Adventurer's Token and it let me just take it for nothing, I thought I was accidentally taking advantage of a bug. But you can't leave the shop without paying, I found out.

What I was envisioning as far as a map goes, is an actual topographical map that includes more than just a few cities, sites and landmarks, but actually all of the current and planned locations, and then also how to navigate there. I've pretty much got it figured out now but as time goes on and the game grows, which I'm guessing it will, it'll be harder to navigate without knowing to go NE at this village then south at that city, etc.

But as you pointed out Shadowblack, the wiki does cover them, it appears. Not sure of how complete it is, but it could be completed since the framework is there.

I haven't played a text adventure game since the 80s, and never one that was as complex as this so it's a little difficult to decipher the way of the game when you're new.

I remember getting lost when I first started playing, especially in the SW around Hawklor.

I'm all in favor of a map. I remember that when I started, I had trouble matching up locations with the in-game hex map. Now, I don't use it anymore, but I still often forget where a given location is, and have to look it up in the wiki, which slows the game.

I remember I had to ask my friend how to get to Trithik for the horntail rendezvous. Sure, I saw the "Travel" link, but since I couldn't access any map, I didn't want to go traipsing around every single region looking for the darn city. It takes far too many clicks even when you know where you're going, and you soon remember where all your frequented places are, but the travel system can definitely be daunting for newbies. I'm so glad I have a coach now. I almost never have to fuss with the travel system anymore. :D
