Hi. I'm trying to get the 2nd gem for the Tzal-Toalth but when I try to talk to Mezaryl nothing happens. I've tried every option you can select after going to her.
I have completed the quest 'The Shattered Skull Part V: The Ghosts of Palemoor Isle' have the Tzal-Toalth in my inventory and have completed Cave of Four Spirits also but still can't get her to say anything about a gem.
The only option I have for buying anything from here is to ask about Zyralor's ring.
Am I missing something that I need to do here?

You'll need to let her take a look at your items, she'll be interested in more stuff than usual, if you have it on you. You can then trade an item out for the gem, along with ATs and gold.
If you don't mind spoilers, go here (http://sryth.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:A_square,_opaque_black_gem) for a more detailed answer.
Good luck!

That's right, you need to at least one of the items in your possession, in your personal inventory list. Then you have to allow her to take a look at your items when she asks, as Memory King said.
But make an informed decision about which item to give her - the Wiki page to which Memory King provided the link has all items listed as links to their own page - check those out carefully, then make your decision - unless you prefer disappointment to spoiled surprise. :)
Oh, and I believe a hello and welcome is in order, as your name is new to me: so hello, and welcome to the forum, Odinlowejr88.
(Still can't rep anyone a the moment, sorry)

Well, most everything's been said already, so... Welcome to the forum, Odinlowejr88!!!!!!!
Yes, look at the list. I'll tell you that there is one item on there that the only use for it (so far) is to trade it for the gem. But the rest are probably worth keeping.

Thanks all. You were right, I was forgetting to bring the medallion with me. For some reason thought I already had it in my inventory. :p
And thanks for the welcome. I actually played sryth way back in 2005 when there were still only a small handful of areas but quit when it was decided to switch it to p2p for most of the advanced content since I wasn't willing to pay for it at the time.

Holy... ! You're a veritable ancient then. You must've played "The Dawn of Igtheon" or some such? "Birth of Tysa" maybe? :)
Well, adjustment then: welcome back!
(Payment... yeah that's what I thought in the beginning... for all of two days after starting. Then... :))

And from your handle I'm wondering. You wouldn't be a Nascar and Dale Jr. fan would you?
