Been mentioned before but worth repeating. What about a game server time display somewhere on the game screen since some things are keyed to server time (Quickstone/CHR) and the server time seems to lag fairly consistently. Although a while back it seems it was corrected. Can't recall if it coincided with the time change or not.
This would also help folks in different time zones than the server keep track easier or I imagine as I happen to be in the same zone. Perhaps add an option for a countdown clock or time zone adjustment.

That would be reallly great. As I'm half a world away, I'm never able to say if the time I saved last time is just 5 minutes or 5 hours away. The ideal setting would be something like this forum (or the old one) that would adjust the time shown depending on your user options.

I used to play with about a 12 hour time difference to the server. I didn't find it that hard to keep track, but I admit that claiming my quickstone rewards was somewhat haphazard. But if it's easy to implement and not obtrusive, I'd be for this.

It'd be great to have the times specific to timezone. It still bugs me that the server time is inaccurate. I don't understand why it hasn't been fixed. I can't imagine it'd be that hard, what with the ability to automatically synchronize with a time server. Because of the offset with the server, I can't really tell when precisely I last saved my game. In short, this is a desperately-needed implementation. Maybe the home page could list the time as well as date.

A recent post and Havoc's well done timer script got me thinking about this again.
Has anyone mentioned this to the GM?
Could this be implemented along the lines of Havoc's timer script? I'm guessing the issue would be that there is no continuous server time or clock on the game to reference. If this could be done similar to the timers how hard would it be to allow an adjustment for time zones or implement it as either a 24 hour clock or countdown timer.

There is probably not a set server clock. I noticed that it can be as far off as over 30 mins. It will say your last save was at 9:00PM when it's only 8:30pm.

Why not just a count down clock like the replayables have?
>>>>>"You have 3 hours and 34 minutes left"<<<<<
That way no time zone consideration needs to be addressed (except the servers).

Good idea, Scout. Although, it does say that if you use your QS and you don't have any Heals left.

Wish the server time was fixed. I just tried to get in one last round in the archery tourn. But was notified that the contest had ended. This was at 10:35 my time which should have been 11:35 game time.

You were about 5 minutes too late. Sorry.
