I didn't choose thievery at the beginning; is there somewhere I can learn it? Thanks!

If you haven't done the 2nd Murk quest, I think you can get all the powers (except Shadow Magic) before doing it and then get a random non-combat skill from the quest (you might have to quit/redo many many times though).

Otherwise you can only get it from Adventurers Collective now. (It costs 2 AT there.)

EDIT: Oh it seems that you can't get a skill from the 2nd Murk quest if you already have too many. Check this:

You might want to restart you character if you don't think it's too late.
