Are the ones that say "Battle Rage" stackable with one another? In other words, does the battle rage have an increased chance of working with each potion which lists it?

No, Battle Rage doesn't stack. But that Mage in Blade Square (What's his name? Zorilarn?) sells 2 potions, one that increases your likelihood of rolling 20s, and one that decreases your likelihood of rolling a 1.

Right. Which, in terms of end result, amounts to the same effect as Battle Rage: rolling twenties (well, one of Z Liar's enchantments anyway :)).
