You see a gallant figure clad in what appears to be a mix of different colored hardened leathers walk into the room. Strapped to his back is a beautifully carved bow made of Ashwood. As he appraises the room he look in your direction and tips his hat to you in greetings.
Hello all :)

Hawk looks up from his Hammertongue to see a stalwart adventurer eying out the room and it's inhabitants. The adventurer notices Hawk noticing him and tips his hat in acknowledgement and Hawk nods in return.
Welcome to the forum Sparahawk and I must say both a nice intro and handle. :)

A judicial looking sort dressed in black robes nods a return greeting. He looks about to speak, but is distracted by much giggling coming from a table in the shadowed corner of the room where a motley group of men sit. Their giggles are stifled when Judge Fury glares in their direction.
"Hello Sparahawk. It's always nice to greet a newcomer in hopes the company be a vast improvement on the current rabble in this place.
"Make yourself at home and be welcome."
Judge Fury turns to join the men at the shadowed table, revealing a piece of paper attached to his back that says, "Kick me!"

"Oh we've got a hat-tipper" says a dark-haired man seated at the giggling table. "Much underappreciated skill that. He'll be glad he spent his time learning those good manners when hes out in the wilds of Tysa". He scratches absently at the lobe of his single ear. "Perish the thought we'll get a bloody round-buyer through the doors one of these days when theres hat-tipping to be done. Probably does an exquisite curtsy too I'll wager". With that he returns to his drink but is cuffed firmly round the head by one of his comrades and several calls of "Ignore that grumpy bugger" are cast in Sparahawks direction.
WELCOME ABOARD SPARAHAWK:)

A tall woman standing at the bar swigs the last few mouthfuls of ale in her tankard, tosses a coin down and turns to survey the newcomer.
"Greetings! If I were you I'd avoid the Hammertongue - it's the batch from last week that the imps got at." She grins and claps him on the shoulder in passing. "Nothing personal, but I'm on my way out. Business calls for a few days. We'll no doubt meet again."

The strangely clothed one named Sparahawk proceeds to sit at the counter and orders a pint of Palo. A few sips later turns it away in disgust and order the root wine which is much more palpable to his tastes and spins and leans back against the bar. Much to his delight he watches the proceedings of a wonderful bar fight over a claim of cheating at a game of cards.

I watched the unfamiliar man sitting next to me as he drank his palo, his face betraying his dislike far more than his words ever could. Though our taste for palo differed, I could sense his sincere disposition. Leaning closer, I spoke.
"It's an acquired taste, I suppose, but it's still my favorite. Nice to meet you, my name is John Ardin."

In another, more private, shadowy corner of the collective....
After removing his tongue from...... Scout and Allura both acknowledge the new comer to the collective with a nod and a wave.
Then the two of them.....
