Rendezvous at The Gnarled Otter

Hi all,
*Spoilers Below*
I was just checking out various endings to the "Rendezvous at The Gnarled Otter" quest and noticed that if you kill the real Shill and have thievery you get a "small folded map". While I will probably end up giving the horn to Shill regardless (ie not kill him), I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get to wherever this map leads. When I try to use it it just says "To use this map you will need to enter the woodlands that surround the city of Trithik. Once there, you will be able to follow it to wherever it leads".
Any suggestions? Sorry, this is probably a really minor problem, but there's no info in the wiki and I'm pretty curious to see where this leads.

Before my time but if I'm not mistaken it used to be part of an adventure no longer in the game. My evil character Voltan is nearly current on all the content and still has it and hasn't used it.

The loose end that most bothers me is that treasure map you get right at the start of the game out of Hawklor. In the save the pilgrims adventure, you elect to kill the Ogres and get the map from their cave. If anyone can tell me a use for that map (I think it is called Tattered Map), I will be very grateful.

Now that you mention it can someone please put that to rest for me also?

I remember being told that the "small folded map" we get from Shill (if you kill him) was part of an adventure that is no longer available. I seem to recall a similar post I stumbled across involving the tattered map - that the associated scenario had been removed. Of course I could be mistakenly confusing the tattered map and the small folded map.

One other thing I'd like to see "evolve" is that Frozen Dragon Flame - it's Frozen Dragon Flame for criminy sakes. ;)

As far as I know, there has never been a use for the Tattered Map you get from the Ogre Lair during "The missing pilgrims" quest.

The Small Folded Map you find on Shill's body used to lead to a small buried treasure you could dig up with a shovel. The adventure took place in the woods outside Trithik, and was removed when the new travel system went live and many old exploreable areas were lost.

The buried treasure was a Stone Ring, and really wasn't much of an item. Havoc or another long-time player may still have the ring in their inventory.

Thanks. Another (albeit no longer available) use for the shovel, nice. Well it would seem the tattered map is definitely a loose end then. That also reminds me, someone asked the GM reintro'ing content that had been removed. If I remember correctly, that was going to be looked at because some removals were due to bugs.
