Does anyone know if this is still available?

I have been through Axepath quite a few times and have already gained the Spider statue yet never seen this blade. Have I missed something?

You have to find 250+ gold in the sarcophagus to find it.

Yes you can still get this item. You get after you kill Lord Jurth Creyn and get 250 or more gold. You can get 8 AT if you gice the Spider statue to the right person.

The Hall is avaliable the first time you you kill Lord Jurth Creyn and evry time after. I took me Oh, I lost count at 50 tries to get it. I finally got it at 257 gold.

Thank you all for the info. I already gave the Statue to the master for my 8AT reward. Now I need to go and find some more Gold as I just spent some 8000 on training.

Yes 249 Gold that I remember but it was about 03:30 this morning. I also found some more gold in the alcove :D and boy do i need to gold as training is costing waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much:eek:.

The understanding has been that you need 250 gold to get the sword. But then again, I don't know if anyone else has ever received 249 before.

Are you sure you didn't get 294? 'cuz I THINK you can get up to 300 gold.

Sorry but I was so pleased to get the blade after all this time I didn't take good notice of the amount of gold I found in the crypt. of course it's all moot now as I really needed that blade ages ago.

I hear ya. But if it was 249, that disproves a theroy thought to be law.

Hmmm I will have to start noting down exactly what I get in future on these adventures. I even have a pad next to the "ole puter" so there's no excuse really for not doing so. Then I would not make errors and would be able to check exactly what was obtained on which adventure.

You probbaly don't nead to do that for regular grinding runs (although in Tarn...). Infact, you probably only need to do it if you're going to say "I got X items, Y gold, and Z XP from quest ABC" on the forum.
