Rather, points in the game you find interesting/humorous. I couldn't simply post this in the 'Don't you love it when' thread XD.

Also, I would remind people that spoilers are likely to appear often XD.

Tharkyr closes the door to his chamber and lowers his voice. The commander of all the forces gathered at Saarngard Keep looks you directly in the eye and again tells you that you've already made a most favourable impression on him.

"You are precisely what I've been waiting for, Zeriken," he says, gripping your shoulders and smiling. "I've had just the faintest inkling of dread that we have been too complacent since our force has been fully assembled here, though I daresay I would not wish to second guess our good Thane, for even I am only given to know that which he feels it necessary for me to concern myself with."

Tharkyr steps back and leans against the long table around which the other commanders had been gathered when you entered.

"I had hoped, to be honest with you, that some of the great heroes of this age might have seen fit to lend their hand to this cause, for it is indeed a worthy one," he says. "One is never has to wait long by the side of any fire to hear tales of Zerikal -- and I admit to you, Zeriken, that I never tire of them -- but I suppose that waiting for the likes of Zerikal is to rely on hope -- and hope will not avail us here."

You do your best to maintain your composure at the mention of your name, but you have no doubt that Tharkyr's sentiment is genuine, and that he neither infers nor is insinuating anything by his remarks.

"Still," he says, as the smile returns to his face, "I don't feel that I've been forced to settle for less. Not with the likes of you, Zeriken! How is it we haven't heard tales of your deeds before? Long indeed must that list be. No matter, there will be plenty that can be spun over you by the time our work is done here!"

I, for one, couldn't maintain my composure XD. Laughing soooo hard.

With your character's names, it's kind of like Superman's glasses...

I like how Tallys is always making us fetch stuff for "his friend".

Saarngard is full of amusing dialogue.

One of the npcs I met was talking about the isle, and he said something that reminded me of Sparta (This. Is. Spaaartaaa!)

".... It is folly!"

So my mind went 'Folly? Folly! Folly? Folly! Folly? Folly! Folly? This. Is. SAARN-GAARD!' in the fashion of the sparta remix songs that can be found on youtube.

XDXDXD.

I got a fortune cookie once that said, "That wasn't chicken." Wish the game had fortune cookies, or even an Easter Egg. :p

Well we did have Easter Eggs during Easter ;) - just not the type you're talking about.

Although the Black Steel Axe and Medallion of Phase Form are kinda nice surprises.

Agree completely. That was pretty funny, Zeriken. Most of us used completely different names for our disguised characters, since the point was NOT to let anybody guess who you really were...

Apropos of Superman's glasses, there's a scene in the novelization of the Kingdom Come graphic novel where the minister first sees Superman put on some glasses and is "startled by how different he looked with the glasses." Uh-huh, nice try, but nobody really believes that. :)

Below are adventures that you may embark upon from this location. Click the appropriate Start Adventure link to begin. You may at any point abandon MOST adventures without suffering any ill effects. Good luck!

I just noticed the change in the above text. Looks like the GM changed it.

Hmmm besides the PG's which have their own notice I'm trying to think of a list of current ones that we know that applies to besides Ring of Illusion.

This last Silver Crest adventure did not have an "Abandon this Adventure" option. Not even in that first part in Trithik before it sent you to explore Fogbough.

There are a few others you can't abandoned: ALL adventures that involve travelling between cities, The Old Cathedral and Westwold (not sure about these two), and maybe another few.

This isn't quite a bug, but I noticed I was getting redundant text during Ogredom:

You call upon your power of fortification. A shimmering field of blue sparkles appears in front of you without a second to spare.

The chunk of rock slams into your magical barrier and is deflected to the side where it lands harmlessly on the floor.

With an enraged bellow, the hulking ogre charges forward and attacks!

With a deafening bellow your deadly foe rushes forward and attacks!
