In the wiki it says that I should have gotten an email with a promotion code for extra general xp when I created my character, but I never saw the email. How can I get it re-sent to me?
"When you start a free account, you get an email from the [GM] with a bonus code, redeemable for 1024 General XP. If you subscribe, the same code will unlock 2048 additional General XP."

Did you check the box where it says "Check this box to receive email updates"? Did you enter a valid email? If you didn't do one or both of the above things, I would email the GM and say your account name, character name (probably not necessary), and that you didn't get the bonus code. Know that he's on vacation and probably won't get back to you until tomorrow.

You might also want to check your spam/bulk folder.

Dunno if it's automatically generated or not. If not, the GM is outta town for a few days and that may cause a delay.

It's probably automatic. And yes, before you email the GM, check your spam/ bulk folder. I didn't think of that because mine (for my non AG account) came throgh with no problems.

I have the same problem. Signed up today, started playing, never got the e-mail. Did all that I was supposed to...checked the "receive email" box, wasn't in my spam folder, yada yada yada. Then when I joined the forums, I got an email instantly to verify my forum account.
Perhaps I mistyped my e-mail addy when I joined Sryth in the first place? Is there a way I can check that?
Thank you.

The GM is away and I think he maybe the one that will send you the code to get your exp bonus. The forum is different from the game site. After you have logged in you should see 2 Tabs one will say Character Roster and the other will say Your Account. Click on the Your Account tab and your email address should be listed here. If it is not right or you want to change it just send the GM an email asking him to update your email address. I have done this before in the past so I know it works.
