help a noob get necromancy please

i have been playing for a while now, but i have to keep restarting cause i cant get necromancy for some reason. i followed the startup guide after about 20 tries and no luck figuring on just buying it, but i found i was going to miss out on too much as&p exp. am i doing somthing wrong? should i give the guy the necklace back when he demands it...it the only thing i havent tried. i have fought and fled from every fight in every combo possible and am having no luck

any advice would be awesome...i like this game so far, but this is really frustrating me

well i gave the blue gem back and that was all it was, i cant beleive i never tried that. i thought about just deleting this, but it could help someone else out so ill just leave it up

yeah, but to get the blue gem, didn't you have to kill that necromancer?

No (and you probbally can't kill Oakruk with the bottle). You get the gem from an undead guardian, who is the toughest enemy if you give back the gem.

Correct as there has been "what if" banter before of that gem being the third cloudy blue we need for the Sword of Merzekk.

I wonder where the 3rd gemstone will be? I know, we'll find a map that's been torn into 10 pieces and those pieces have been scattered all thought Bone Hoard and the map will lead us to Fougbough. (Man, I hope the GM doesn't read this ;))
