Collect them untill you have 4. There part of the Runeskin Adventuers (http://sryth.wikia.com/wiki/Runeskin). And spencer is right. It is getting annoying when you and other people post topics in the wrong section.

If I'm not mistaken, you can actually get five. Or so Selkit had when I ran the series recently. Unless it just says five when there are only four locations to pick them up. But I'm figuring there are five minions and thus, five gems.

Actually, I think you get the fifth gem from Runeskin. And the fourth gem is from the trithik adventure, which is AG-only.

There are a total of four "prelude" scenarios to complete, plus an encounter with Runeskin. They are not all needed for the saga. A Helping Hand

* Location: Trithik
* Requirement: Must have completed Runeskin's Minions, Quest:The Gallows, Quest:An Axe to Grind and Quest:No Good Deed Goes Unpunished
* Description: Six against one doesn't quite seem fair...maybe you can help even up the odds...

Reward:

* 16 xp to Illusion (30+)/Archery (30+)/Gating (30+).
* 16 general xp if you use the black gems (this skips the battle)
* About 268-272 combat xp for Runeskin.
* 64 general xp to general once you've completed it. There are only 4 gems.

You know, I went through the wiki on that, too, and only found four. But I also remember having five when I put Demonscourge together. Maybe it was a typo. Or another turns up that's not recorded somewhere.

I also remember having five on at least one of my characters, but all those characters have their Demonscourges now. Wish I'd kept track of where I got them all.
