AG Membership Help!

I used a prepaid mastercard to purchase my AG Membership.. and then I checked the prepaid card's account and I noticed the money came out (I have the transaction numbers) for a pre-authorization. I called Customer Service and they said they were waiting on the merchant (Sryth.com / Epic Imagination) to authorize the transaction.

I thought it was automatic? Any help? I didn't see any contact email or bug report links on the main site.

Paypal and Mio Card both said the merchant/vendor is who I had to contact.. so if someone wouldn't mind ...

Thanks Smv. I appreciate it. I am dying to check out my AG Membership! If anyone with paypal doesn't mind getting me a 3month membership, I'll give you my prepaid card number to use elsewhere! It has $15 on it, and I am only asking for $9.99 in return. lol.

Seriously..if I can't get my membership using it (the reason I bought it!), then I'll give all the info to use it to spend as you wish and the login info to check the balance beforehand (to show Im not trying to rip anyone off).. message me if your interested.

The GM sent me an email back. Here is what he said.

I got this email at 8 pm and I live on the east coast of the U.S. so you may want to check your email box. Don't forget to check your spam folder because sometimes first time emails from the game will go there.
