i was wondering what do i do at the isle in meglasmire? i thought you had to have lvl 70 thievery and use it on the door but apparently not... and whats up with the sword of merzak? its been 6 months since ive seriously played and i need some help please....

Dunno, there's a pretty straightforward quest chain in Silverwysp.

Actually, leave the town, take a respite in Tryndmoor, and then go back.

Yeah, it's a weird quirk of Silverwisp that once you do the first quest you have to leave and come back to access the rest. You don't even have to go anywhere. Just "travel" and go right back in.
