Finished Prelude quests, got 4 gems and killed Runeskin. Still no adventures for me at Silverwysp. Please advise

This is what I have in the log though:
Runeskin's Minions
You encountered two vicious minions of Runeskin, Fearspit and Rotgrip, in the village of Dor-Droat, on the edge of the Withering Wood. The pair of savage, immortal goblins had already slain several border rangers and at least two dozen villagers before you arrived.
You engaged them and managed to defeat them both. You acquired a small black gem that was dropped by Rotgrip. A regiment of mounted Tysian soldiers arrived following your victory and drove the goblins to flee through a portal that Rogrip opened.

You again encountered Fearspit and Rotgrip after helping an old woman in Trithik deal with a group of street toughs that were harrassing her. The old woman turned out to be yet another harbinger of Runeskin -- a six-armed skeletal horror by the name of Curseblade.

In the Stormsigh Tavern in Port Hallik, you encountered a savage, axe-wielding reptilian harbinger of Runeskin known as Tailsting. Despite your victory over the fearsome brute, the engagement left you with an unsettling feeling.

In Talinus you encountered another of Runeskin's harbingers -- an ogre-headed, slime-coated worm by the name of Grubmaw. This encounter served to unnerve you like no other in recent memory.
Nothing mentioned about the Runeskin fight. But I do not have "A Helping Hand" as well.

Visit Silverwysp, finish the adventure there, then ask about the missing wagons. Then leave and go back.

Then you've already completed it. Just ask about the missing wagons, then leave Silverwysp and go back to it.

Brilliant! Though you first need to ask about the wagons, then "Late One Afternoon" appears. Thank you so much!
