If you came across a situation where you would've loved to use a skill or power other than the ones allowed for that situation, what would you like to use?
It doesn't have to make perfect sense, just as long as it makes enough sense that it's not like using Diplomacy on an incoming boulder.
For example...In Fogbough Forest, with the moth attack. If you don't want it grabbing you...just shoot it with an arrow! Simple and effective.

Good question!
I always wanted to use Elementalism to melt the Ice Troll and his henchmen ;)

Divination in Tribwin's Trouble, to determine that the Rat Man is an illusion.
(And then, Illusion to dispel it...)

In Ogredom when you get a rock thrown at you. I would love to use Necromancy to summon a big horde of skeletons to deflect the rock. Of course, the required level would be 10 levels higher than the other powers.

Ditto and to thaw out that frozen corpse near the opening.

In "The Eye that Binds," instead of solving the bell puzzles to open up the wall paths, how about just using Destruction to blow them down.
Or in Tarn. How about, instead of going into a ruined building, killing the monsters, then searching it. Use Divination to see if there's even anything of value in the first place.

Archery on the man in the leather hat once his back is turned.

I'd like to be able to use the Jarix stone to mark a location, and return to it instantly with gating from any screen where you're allowed to use restoration to heal.

That could be easily abused.

Woodsmanship, so it wouldn't be such a pain in the a*& in Fogbough.

It has been stated elsewhere that he had 5000 SP; and that we were glad he was giving us the flat of his blade.
I don't think using archery against him would be "beneficial!" :)

After taking the shot, and seeing the look in his eyes, you would have more time to RUN AWAY!! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Fk6-3f_mqU) <<<<-(follow the white rabbit)

Ideally we'd set up some kind of Tom&Jerry-esque overly complicated trap that'd end up dropping a grand piano on him, triggered by the arrow. As proven by previous attempts, this idea is clearly foolproof.

In that context, "run away" means "DON'T follow the white rabbit", does it not?
