I could've reached level 100 sooner, but as was the case with Bashing I was lazy.

I have three skills at level 99: Thievery, Archery and Diplomacy. Most likely I will reach legendary status in those skills in the order I listed them.

I use the same rationale as Shadowblack. While I'm far from having any legendary powers (although I've jumped back to 65 in character ranking), I think to myself, where would the fun be if I had all legendary powers? Why would I want such a thing? I would not want such a thing, would I? Happy thoughts, think happy thoughts ...

Thanks to the generous experience reward from the April Fool's Day event I have maxed out another skill. As with my previous legendary skill I could've done it sooner, but I was lazy. :)

I'm assuming you're sticking to using only specific xp to level skills and powers. If so is there a strategy involved in holding all that general xp now that you have enough? Waiting to blitz level a new skill/power immediately comes to mind. Or are you just going for "King of the Hoard" bragging rights and record?

I'm using only specific exp because I don't really need legendary skills. After all, having 98+ in a skill is enough to make sure you'll have the max bonus in pretty much all check involving that skill, and having level 100 means I'll be getting useless specific exp. In addition, I like having millions of general experience.

What comes to mind now is that despite the difficulty in reaching your achievement, legendary skills and powers are not recognized as much as they used to be in the past. I reached level 100 in both skills last night, but left the announcement for today. A couple of things I'd like to note:
- I had exactly 85'000 Archery exp and advancing from level 99 to 100 cost me 85'000, so the first time I was left with 0 specific experience in a skill
- I actually had enough specific experience to level up Staves the day before, but postponed the advancement because I wanted to advance two skills at once.
