Pardon the double post but just got done watching two of them and enjoyed them greatly. Currently watching Halifirien which doesn't seem as polished.

Also it seems there are more LOTR and Tolkien fan made movies on YouTube and the net. Some like the following two are very good especially considering the budgets. A mere $ 5,000.00 for The Hunt for Gollum. And some are reminiscent of much of the cheesy 80's fantasy flicks that I for one still enjoy as well.

Born of Hope (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qINwCRM8acM)

The Hunt for Gollum (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9H09xnhlCQU)

Halifirien (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3dqzpaVuqI&feature=channel)

Here's the main site for Born of Hope, http://www.bornofhope.com/

And for The Hunt for Gollum, http://www.thehuntforgollum.com/

And Halifirien, http://www.halifirienthemovie.com/main.htm

As well as the YouTube channel for the Born of Hope production team, http://www.youtube.com/user/ActorsatWork

With all the crap on U.S. television today someone oughta employ these folks and give 'em real budgets.

Thought I'd pass this along for those interested. This comes from an excellent site I listed earlier re: Tolkien references.

Just thought I'd bump this back up.

Also I just checked my links and the first one for Born of Hope is no longer functional but can be accessed from the main site link.

Again the first two are pretty slick especially considering the budgets while the third one is somewhat less polished.
