Challenges Question

I was working my way through LoO yesterday to complete the BoB and I suddenly wondered - I know that the Silent Temple is random but that it only occurs after level 6, but what about the Ghost Lady in the BHC? I know she is random as well, but is there a minimum level you have to complete before you have a chance of meeting her, or could she potentially show up from the start? Anyone know?

In theory she can show up from the start. I think there's a post in the Battlegrounds thread where someone reported getting her at level 1. Might have been Scout?

You can meet the Lady at any level. I've met her at level 3, and I may have met her at level 1 too, but I don't remember.

I got her on level 1 too. Unfortunately it's been ages since I last saw her (although the last encounter was for 4096/2048).
